• Due to the nature of our business selling New and Preowned items, we only allow returns for store credit.
• All new merchandise must still be sealed in order to qualify for a return.
• All Preowned media (Video Games, DVDs, Blu Rays, Vinyl Records, Etc) can be returned within 7 days from purchase with a receipt as proof of purchase.
• Preowned Video Game Consoles have a 30-day warranty.
• Jay's staff has the right to reject any return at our own discretion.
