We ship orders via UPS and USPS. Our fulfillment team is trained to select the best option during the shipping process. If you have any preference on carrier, please leave a note on the order before checking out and our team will try to accommodate.

- In most cases your order will be shipped within 1 business day of purchase - even during peak Holiday season. Note: All orders placed after 3pm on Friday will ship on Monday.
What Is Your Return Policy?
- Due to the nature of our business selling New, as well as Preowned items, we only allow returns for store credit.
- All new merchandise must still be sealed in order to qualify for a return.
- Returns can be denied at the discretion of Jay's staff.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to the final refund.
